Over the weekend, BIA responded to Cardi B’s latest diss on Megan Thee Stallion and GloRilla’s “Wanna Be (Remix),” where Cardi asserted she isn’t copying the “London” rapper. BIA fired back not only in song but also with a fiery Instagram video, accusing Cardi of cheating on Offset and attacking her character and skills.
“Put it on your gang that they ain’t fk you in/ Put it on your name since you so gangsta like your fkin’ friends/ Put it on your hubby since you love lyin’ on your vows,” BIA rapped, aiming straight at Cardi’s personal life. She also criticized Cardi’s multiple plastic surgeries, calling them “mid,” and derided her “second-grade level” speaking skills.
BIA’s video response comes after Cardi hinted at taking legal action against her for talking about her alleged infidelities. Cardi stated, “I’m a sue you and you got to come with receipts. And not social media receipts, court receipts. I will get every little fkin’ red penny that you ever fkin’ make, bi**h.”
The feud between the two rappers traces back to March when social media chatter suggested Cardi was copying BIA’s music and style, to which BIA responded with a “woozy” emoji. This online exchange led Cardi to drop diss lines on Megan and GloRilla’s track, rapping, “Guess I’m a teacher since you wanna sub me… Hope she talk like that when I see her/ Bi**h please, don’t nobody wanna be ya (Bia).”
As the tension escalates, fans are eagerly watching to see how this high-profile rap battle will unfold.
