On June 26, the biggest and best in hip hop and R&B music will be celebrated at the 2016 BET Awards. Every big name in the business is up for an award it seems like and there are plenty of performances on tap for what should be an amazing night.
Drake has the most nominations of all involved, but Beyonce and Rihanna aren’t too far behind. Drake’s “Hotline Bling” has helped him receive nine nominations while the two powerful women, Beyonce and Rihanna, each received five nominations.
Those that will be performing at this year’s event include Lil Wayne, Kehlani, Bryson Tiller, Usher, The Roots, Mike Epps and many others.
