The Houston Astros went into game two of the World Series down 1-0 but left with a great chance at winning it all. This is all because of their dramatic win Wednesday night. It was a wild one with eight home runs being hit in the 7-6 Astros win! Four of those home runs came from the Astros (Altuve, Gonzalez, Correa, and Springer). It was the final home run that led Houston to the win. George Springer hit a two-run shot in the 11th that put them up 7-5.
In the bottom of the 11th, Charlie Culberson added a home run of his own to make it 7-6. It was not enough though as Chris Devenski got the final out and secured the win for the Astros.
The series is tied 1-1 heading to Houston where they will play three games in a row before going back to Los Angeles if needed.
