Ariana Grande has hinted at the release of a deluxe edition of her seventh studio album, Eternal Sunshine, through a mysterious Instagram video that has left fans buzzing with anticipation.
On March 7, 2025, coinciding with the first anniversary of Eternal Sunshine, Grande shared a video on her Instagram account, as well as on a newly activated account named “Brighter Days.” The clip features a teddy bear and other items being burned inside a box, symbolizing themes of letting go and moving forward. This imagery aligns with the album’s exploration of memory and personal growth, inspired by the film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
The sudden activity on the “Brighter Days” account, which had been dormant for months, has led fans to speculate that “Brighter Days” might be the title of the deluxe edition. The account’s posts now form an image reminiscent of the “We Can’t Be Friends” music video, further fueling theories about the upcoming release.
In a January 2025 interview, Grande mentioned that the deluxe version of Eternal Sunshine was complete but that she was contemplating the right time to release it. She described the project as “very special” and expressed excitement about surprising her fans.
While Grande has not officially confirmed a release date, a pre-save link is available on her Instagram bio, suggesting that the deluxe edition may be imminent.
Grande’s Eternal Sunshine debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 in March 2024, marking her sixth chart-topping album. She recently attended the 2025 Golden Globes, where she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Wicked, and hinted at new music during the event.
Fans eagerly await further announcements regarding the deluxe edition, anticipating new tracks and potential collaborations that will continue Grande’s exploration of personal and artistic themes.
