Anne Hathaway brought her A-game to the SXSW premiere of her much-anticipated film “The Idea of You” in Austin, Texas. The actress stole the spotlight, shimmering in a glittery silver minidress adorned with geometric patterns. With her hair styled in sleek, straight bangs and complemented by platform peep-toe heels, Hathaway exuded glamour and sophistication.
“The Idea of You,” adapted from Robinne Lee’s 2017 novel, showcases Hathaway as Solène Marchand, a 40-year-old single mother who embarks on a whirlwind romance with 24-year-old boy band sensation Hayes Campbell, played by Nicholas Galitzine, after a serendipitous meeting at Coachella. Galitzine shared his excitement and gratitude for the project in a heartfelt Instagram post, reflecting on the special journey the cast and crew shared.
Beyond her role in this romantic drama, Hathaway has been involved in other projects, including “Mothers’ Instinct” and “Eileen,” while also celebrating her iconic role in “The Devil Wears Prada.” Recently, Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Meryl Streep delighted fans with a “Devil Wears Prada” reunion at the 2024 SAG Awards, delivering a memorable skit.
