The Wilson sisters Ann and Nancy are the stars of the Northeast rock band Heart, kicking the dust-off stereotypes with plenty of chart-busting tunes: “Crazy On You” “Alone,” “All I Want to Do,” “Dreamboat Annie,” and “Barracuda” are great examples. Now, Ann Wilson has begun to give us more details of her next LP called ‘Immortal’ an album dedicated to the covers of her favorite songs.
There are two things in common with the selection of these bands or singers; Ann loved them, and they all passed away. So, the LP will include songs from Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, Gerry Rafferty, George Michael, Leonard Cohen, the Clapton lead Cream, Amy Winehouse, 60s-star Lesley Gore, David Bowie and The Eagles (Glenn Frey tunes).
This LP is set to drop September 14th. Click here for more details.
