Anderson .Paak Teams Up with GOAL Projects to Empower Girls Through Soccer

Hip-hop and R&B artist Anderson .Paak is expanding his creative reach offstage, collaborating with GOAL Projects to design a custom soccer kit that supports girls’ youth soccer programs worldwide. The joint initiative, dubbed “the Chance to Shine”, aims to give young female athletes more resources, visibility, and opportunities through the sport.

As part of the collaboration, .Paak contributed to both the aesthetic and mission of the kit design: the uniforms blend athletic functionality with bold visual details, and feature motifs that underscore themes of ambition, unity, and empowerment. A portion of the proceeds from each jersey sold will flow directly into programs that provide coaching, gear, and access to fields for underresourced girls.

In discussing the project, .Paak described soccer as more than just a game—he sees it as a vehicle for community building and personal growth, especially in places where girls’ sports are often marginalized. The “Chance to Shine” campaign aligns with his long track record of activism and community-focused work.

By pairing music, fashion, and social impact, this partnership underscores how artists can influence fields beyond entertainment—literally and figuratively. For .Paak, it’s an extension of his belief that passion and platform together can spark real change.
