This year’s CMT Awards are shaping up to be an unforgettable night of music, especially with the announcement that country music powerhouses Little Big Town and Sugarland will share the stage for a highly anticipated performance. This marks a significant moment, as it will be the first time since 2013 that these two groups have performed together at the CMT Music Awards. The announcement, made during a March Madness game, has fans eagerly awaiting to discover which song the two bands will bring to life at the ceremony on April 7.

Little Big Town, consisting of Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet, and Jimi Westbrook, is no stranger to the CMT stage, making their 13th appearance this year.
