On the Country Airplay Chart dated October 26th, Chris Janson scores his first No. 1 as “Good Vibes” rises 2-1 in its 34th week on the tally. On Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, which blends airplay, streaming and sales data, “Vibes” ascends 8-6.
According to Nielsen Music, the song, released on Warner Music Nashville/WAR, reigns with a 10% gain to 40.1 million audience impressions in the week ending October 20th.
“I’m humbled to have a No. 1 hit,” Janson said in a recent interview. “I’m even more humbled to be able to do this for a living. I feel really blessed, and that’s exactly what ‘Good Vibes’ expresses in song.”
Janson co-wrote the project alongside Ashley Gorley and Zach Crowell. And this track is the launch single from Janson’s third LP, Real Friends, released on October 18th.
