1957 – The Crickets’ LP “The ‘Chirping’ Crickets” was released by Brunswick Records.

1967 – Capitol Records released the Beatles’ “Magical Mystery Tour” album in the U.S.

1970 – George Harrison released his triple album “All Things Must Pass” in the U.S.

1997 – Bjork was admitted to the hospital in Reykjavik, Iceland, with a high fever. The singer was forced to cancel many upcoming dates due to a kidney infection.
