The 2018 MLB Hall of Fame class was welcomed into Cooperstown over the weekend and it was quite the time. What an amazing turnout for some really big names in baseball over the years. This year’s class consisted of Jim Thome, Chipper Jones, Trevor Hoffman, Vladimir Guerrero, Alan Trammell, and Jack Morris. The final two names being a part of the Modern Era ballot.
The induction took place on Sunday and was a great time. There were tears, laughs, stories told, and claps heard and seen. Chipper Jones led the way with 97.2% of the vote with Vlad Guerrero trailing him at 92.9%. Thome and Hoffman sat at 89.8% and 79.9% respectively.
