Keeping Up With the NBA’s Latest Moves

The NBA offseason is in full swing and even though the biggest moves of the offseason are complete, moves are being made. Let’s take a look at some of the latest moves that are worth discussing.

Jeremy Lin was traded to the Hawks for a second-round pick last night. The Hawks also have the ability to exchange first round picks in 2023, so that’s a big positive if the Hawks and Trae Young can turn things around.

Another guard has found a new home in the past 24 hours, this one is Isaiah Thomas. He signed just a $2 million deal with the Nuggets for one year, our guess is he wants to prove his worth.

The Nets and Nuggets were very active this week as they also made a trade with each other that was substantial. The Nets received Darrell Arthur, Kenneth Faried, a 2019 first round pick, and a 2020 second round pick while the Nuggets are receiving Isaiah Whitehead and save a whole lot of money. Rumor has it that Whitehead will be waived when the deal is made official.
