Josh Groban and Sara Bareilles sang a piano duet to open the 72nd Tony Awards in New York CIty last night, as American and in particular the Big Apple taek an evening each year to recognize greatness on the Broadway stage. “The Band’s Visit” won nearly everything available, earning 10 awards; best musical, best actor, best actress, and more, while “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Parts One and Two” won six awards.
