The Cliff Burton streaming documentary ‘The Salvation Kingdom’ is a must see for rock and roll fans. If you’re a Metallica fan, you know already know the tragic story of Cliff Burton; his life and times, and eventual death in a winter bus accident in Europe, touring overseas in support of Master of Puppets LP that had been released. Briefly, the boys played cards with the winner choosing which bunk he would take for the night. As fate would have it, Cliff won, chose the deathly bunk, and was crushed to death when the bus hit ice on the road and overturned.
Now you’ll be able to dive deep into Cliff’s life with the upcoming documentary ‘The Salvation Kingdom’ which is streaming now online. The project is narrated by Cliff’s sister Connie, taking fans on an adventure of knowledge about Cliff, his hobbies, strong religious views, and what it was like to be his sister.
Cliff began hanging out with Metallica in the early 80s, playing on their early LPs, Cliff died September 127th, 1986 in Sweden.
