The Elton John biopic film ‘Rocketman ‘continues in pre-production, with news this week that their leading man has been signed; ‘Kingsmen’ star Taron Egerton will lead the cast, securing studio financing and ready to announce its leading man.
Elton John and his legal significant other David Furnish are both producers on the project, and it’s rumored that Taron will actually sing in the production.
Although Elton has begun his three-year ‘goodbye’ farewell tour that will take him well into 2021, he is expected to play Las Vegas his last scheduled show at Caesars Palace, he and his The Million Dollar Piano, May 17th. Elton’s keeping busy having just agreed to read a CBeebies Bedtime Story ‘The Dog Detectives: Lost In London’ next week.
