Kylie Minogue is an Australian singer and actress who clearly dominated the late 90s and 2000s, and we’re pleased to report that she’s got her latest number one LP in the UK in over eight years. She first hit the top of the charts with ‘Kylie’ in 1988, and hit the charts with singles like “The Locomotion,” “Can’t Get You Out of My Head,” “I Should Be So Luck,” and “Love at First Sight.”
She was engaged to her longtime boyfriend Joshua Sasse, but called off the wedding, confessing she’s very happy to be single again at the age of 49. She’s been busy on stage and film, starring in the Australian soap opera Neighbours recently, but her success has been in music, earning a Grammy for her role in ‘Best Dance Recording’ for the song “Come Into My World” in 2004.
Kylie Minogue’s latest album, ‘Golden,’ is number one in the UK, so be on the lookout for singles to be released from that LP shortly for American airplay.
