Record Store Day is Coming

Record Store Day is April 21st, nationwide, and a celebration of the past and the future; a special day set aside for local record stores to feature special releases that are primarily vinyl from today’s artists, or promote reissues of classic albums. The purpose of Record Store Day is to support local business owners and get people excited again about the music industry.

Eric Church has an offering called ’61 Days in Church’ that details 8 cover songs he did live during last year’s tour, ‘At Folsom Prison: 50th Anniversary’ from Johnny Cash, Charlie Daniels and his ‘Memories, Memoirs & Miles: Songs Of A Lifetime,’ ‘Heart Break’ from Lady Antebellum, Bobby Bares ‘Things Change,’ and a classic Bobbie Gentry release from her ‘Live at the BBC;’ days.

Taylor Swift has an assortment of EPs, reissues and more. Don’t forget, Record Store Day is April 21st at a local store near you.
