Most of us remember the moment we earned our driving license after we stepped out of the car with the instructor making notes on a clipboard, hoping we’d passed. Well, there’s a 16-year-old girl by the name of Hailie Deegan who probably drives better than all of us, and her story is just beginning.
Hailie was so good at 13 she was consistently beating boys two or three years older. Now at 16, she’s entering the ‘NASCAR K&N Pro Series,’ and just this past Sunday ran in Florida’s New Smyrna Speedway as the only girl out of 29 drivers.
You might say speed is in her blood, as this California native’s father Brian Deegan earned the top spot as the most decorated freestyle motocross rider in X Games history.
