Danica Patrick hasn’t had the greatest racing career but she’s done a lot for the sport, pushing us all to the limits in accepting females in male-dominated sports. She’s a trendsetter and a role model for many young women out there. It’s time to celebrate her one last time and it’s going to happen February 18 at Daytona. She has signed on with Premium Motorsports to race this one, meaning we do get to see her final race at this amazing course.
The crew chief for her for this one will be Tony Eury Jr., who has done the same for her in the past like in parts or all of 2010, 2011 and 2012. The familiarity will be nice we’re sure for Patrick and the rest of the team.
Danica’s best NASCAR finish came in 2013 when she placed eighth at the Daytona 500.
