3 Dog Night’s Chuck Adds to Re-Released Autobiography

Recently Chuck Negron, former lead singer of Three Dog Night has amended his 2000 autobiography, ‘Three Dog Nightmare,’ adding 11 new chapters and more than 100 new photos. Chuck has had his struggles with addiction and self-destructive behavior over his professional career, which included repairing familiar relationships damaged along the way. Did you know that Three Dog Night is in the Vocal Group Hall of Fame, but not the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?

The band is considered to be a mighty singles machine, writing and hitting the charts 21 times, having three number one songs and 12 Gold records. The band boasted that they never released a song that didn’t hit the top 40 charts and they were right!

Sadly, two of the original and most significant members, Jimmy Greenspoon and Corey Wells, have died.
