Meghan Markle and Britain’s Prince Harry have announced their engagement to be married. Meghan is a successful television actress, one of the stars on the USA Suits television Suits series, while Harry is a Royal of Great Britain. The wedding date is likely to be spring of 2018, but no exact date has been given yet. They just recently announced their engagement, so no surprise there!
Meghan and Harry have been an item since they met in Toronto in 2016 while each promoting the 2017 Invictus Games, the popular wounded warrior Olympic style games held in Canada every year. Prince Harry served in the military and helped launched the Invictus Games in 2014.
This will not be Megan’s first marriage; in 2010 she wed actor and producer Trevor Engelson, a union that lasted only a few years. Harry is the youngest son of Diana, Princess of Wales, brother to William, and son of Charles, Prince of Wales.
