Jeff Lynne, the former founder of ‘ELO,’ has announced a 2018 touring schedule in the US, his first American tour in over 3 decades. The Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) began in Birmingham London in the late 60s and early 70s, with original members Roy Wood, Jeff Lynne, and Bev Bevan. ELO hit the charts with great songs like “Evil Woman,” “Telephone Man,” “Don’t Bring Me Down,” and “Mr. Blue Sky.” ELO was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame earlier this year.
Jeff Lynne, one of the original driving forces behind the band, went on to be a part of the ‘Traveling Wilburys,’ while they were together and continues to tour today as a solo artist. If you loved ELO, then this is a tour you won’t want to miss. We’re sure there will be more dates added, but here’s what we know so far…
