Previewing NFL Week 5’s Betting Lines

Week five of the NFL season is upon and there are so many storylines already. Rookie Kareem Hunt leads the league in rushing, Todd Gurley is a scoring machine on the 3-1 Rams, and the Jets already have two wins! Nobody could have predicted those three things happening, but sure enough, they happened. We’ll try and predict the future with these three NFL Vegas picks…

Give us the Jets +1 at the Browns this week as we think they’ll just barely keep it rolling with the win on the road. They’re not pretty but they get the job done, which is all that matters. Bilal Powell and Austin Seferian-Jenkins should both have big games in this one.

Even though the Packers will be without Ty Montgomery at full strength, we like them to cover the 2 points on the road against the Cowboys. Green Bay is an underdog in this one (+2) and we think they’ll take this one outright in Dallas.

Kansas City also plays on the road this week in the Sunday Night Football matchup against the Texans. Houston’s big game last week has them as only 1-point underdogs in this one. Give us the Chiefs -1 to end the weekend.
