Tom Cruise, Lea Thompson, C. Thomas Howell, and Elizabeth Cappuccino are just a few of the stars that shine this weekend. In the world of surfing, there has always been one ‘Babe Ruth.’ Laird Hamilton IS that Hall of Fame Ruthian surfer. ‘Take Every Wave: The Life of Laird Hamilton’ is the documentary that will entertain everyone, and not only those from the west coast.
Tom Cruise takes a job running drugs for the CIA, set in the 1980s. It’s a film you’ll want to see this weekend. Cobie Smulders and Kristen Schaal star in ‘Literally, Right Before Aaron’ a film that reminds us, acting on our impulses can lead to unforeseen consequences.
Finally, our pick of the week is a film called ‘A Question of Faith’ which stars God. No really, it’s the story of three families that are beset by different tragedies; how does God heal them, and how do they respond to human failings? This may be the most spiritually satisfying film of the year, even if you’re not a church-goer.
Enjoy the movies this weekend, we always do!
