The Artist 100 chart has been talked about by us for months now and just this week is the first time we’ve seen something done like Jay Z did this week. He went from being outside of the top 100 to being number one! Of course you can put the majority of this on his new album being released, “4:44,” and the fact he’s married to the beautiful Beyonce who recently had twins.
The Artist 100 chart looks at social media components as well as sales and radio airplay to determine the top artists and we’re pretty sure this one is well deserved. Congratulations to Jay Z on this honor!
Other hip-hop and R&B artists inside the top 10 include Bruno Mars, Kendrick Lamar, DJ Khaled and 21 Savage.
