Regina Hall, Queen Latifah, Clive Owen, Catherine Deneuve, Jada Pinkett Smith, One Direction’s Harry Styles, John Turturro and Edie Falco are all on the silver screen this weekend. In one of the more interesting sci-fi films of the year, Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets contemplate’s life on other planets, but not in a way we might normally think.
There’s a female ‘Hangover’ this weekend, featuring Tinsel Town’s brightest stars, Regina Hall, Queen Latifah, and Jada Pinkett Smith are worth seeing, but it’s definitely not a family film. A few of our Hollywood favs, John Turturro, Finn Wittrock, and Edie Falco star in a mid-90s comedy about the odd family dynamic of love and betrayal.
Our pick of the week is a semi-autobiographical rendition of one of Britain’s greatest military defeats called ‘Dunkirk’ that is very entertaining.
Enjoy the movies this weekend, we always do!
