Taylor Swift’s House Awarded Landmark Status

Taylor Swift purchased a house not too long ago that was built in 1934. It’s a wonderful home that was originally owned by Samuel Goldwyn and his family. Goldwyn is known for his work in Hollywood as a producer. Douglas Honnold was the architect who built the house.

Months ago Swift put a bid in to have this house become a landmark and it has now been approved. The process took many months, but is officially worth it with this decision. Five members from the Beverly Hills Cultural Heritage Commission in the end approved of the bid earlier this week.

The house is just over 1,000 square feet in size.
