We’re less than a full week away from the MLB season starting, but we can’t help but look at some amazing statistics in baseball. They say that hitting a baseball is the hardest thing to do in sports, but for some it doesn’t sound like it’s that hard.
There are 18 players in the MLB who have two home runs or more already and that’s with many games being postponed due to the crazy weather on the east coast. And what’s even better is that nine of them hit both two home runs or more in one game! And one of those players is a pitcher!
Madison Bumgarner became the first pitcher ever to hit two home runs on Opening Day. He is simply amazing there’s no doubt about that. Who are the 18 hitters to have two home runs or more you ask? Also, look for the asterisk (*) to symbolize which ones have done it in one game…
