Hollywood delivers the goods this weekend with a choice documentary about the music world, comedy and terror. The temperatures are beginning to cool in preparation for Halloween, but tinsel town warms up the theater with romance, comedy, truth to power, and drama on the high seas. Actors Jason Sudeikis, Kristen Wiig, Rachel Weisz, singers Judy Collins and Alice Cooper bring credible performances to their characters. Shia LaBeouf stays out of trouble long enough to make a movie which is refreshing.
Harken back to the 70s disaster movies, and you’ll have today stars such as Dylan O’Brien, Mark Wahlberg, Kate Hudson, Kurt Russell in an off shore drama that will keep you at the edge of your seat.
