It was just five years ago, July 23 that we lost one of the greatest singers of our time. Accidental alcohol poisoning was the cause of death as her blood alcohol level was at a jaw dropping number, .412.

Winehouse was an amazing singer was nominated for 66 different awards in her time as a performer. She won 25 of those awards. Her biggest and most impressive wins were her seven Grammy awards (nine nominations).

She was taken too soon from us, dying at the age of 27. She only released two albums, “Frank” and “Back to Black,” both of which were huge hits. Some her greatest songs she released include “Rehab,” “Back to Black,” “Our Day Will Come” and “Tears Dry on Their Own.”
