Adele Laurie Blue Adkins was born in London in 1988, and this past year broke more music, sales, concert, YouTube and social awards than we can remember. Adele has made music history in the USA; as within Billboard Magazine, holding the record for having three simultaneous top 10 singles as a lead artist.
Another record held by Adele is having simultaneously two albums in the top five of the Billboard 200, plus two singles in the top five of the Billboard Hot 100. In her brief career, Adele has earned six Grammy awards, winning countless Billboard awards as well.
Her latest album has been certified 16 times platinum, and has already sold 50 million records. Her single “Hello” was viewed more than one million times per hour after being posted, generating nearly one billion views since it was posted.

Adele cites the British female ground breaking group Spice Girls as her real inspiration. She and charity entrepreneur Simon Konecki are parents of a baby boy born in 2012. In June of 2013 she was chosen to be a member of the most excellent order of the British Empire, ah honor just below the Sir given the Queens most cherished Brits.
