We talked about Chris Stapleton’s success at the Grammys on Tuesday, but we did not forget about what Little Big Town did at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards. The band would win two awards out of the four they were nominated for going into the event. We’d take that kind of success any day of the week!
Little Big Town took down two very big wins with their Best Country Song and Best Country Duo/Group Performance awards. All you have to do is see who they were up against in those two categories to see how impressive it is. Those who were nominated for either award, but did not win includes Blake Shelton, Brothers Osborne, Lee Ann Womack, Tim McGraw, Charles Kelley, Brandy Clark, and Chris Stapleton.
It pains us to see that Joey + Rory did not win the Best Country Duo/Group Performance award as they’ve gone through a tough time and it would have been one heck of a Grammy moment to see those two win one final time.
