Queens of the Stone Age Announce 2027 U.S. Tour With Pixies

Queens of the Stone Age are preparing for a major return to American stages in 2027, announcing a 16-city U.S. tour featuring special guests Pixies and Wheelchair Sports Camp.

Led by frontman Josh Homme, the rock band will launch the American leg of its Perfecth Tour on May 1 at Viejas Arena in San Diego, California. The opening stretch will keep the group in the Golden State, with additional performances scheduled for Inglewood, Oakland and Sacramento.

From there, the tour heads north to Seattle and Portland before continuing through the Mountain West and Midwest. Among the scheduled highlights is a May 12 performance at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre, followed by appearances in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio.

The final stretch takes the band through Pittsburgh and Detroit before wrapping up May 24 at TD Garden in Boston.

The upcoming shows will bring together three distinctive acts from different corners of alternative music. Queens of the Stone Age will headline the performances, with influential alternative rock band Pixies and Denver-based Wheelchair Sports Camp providing support throughout the U.S. dates.

The tour announcement arrives as Queens of the Stone Age prepare to release their next studio album, *Perfecth*, on October 30 through Matador Records. The project follows their 2023 release, *In Times New Roman…*, and marks another chapter in the group’s recording career.

Fans recently received an early taste of the new material when Homme and his bandmates appeared on NBC’s *The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon*. During the broadcast, they delivered the first live performance of “Where the Goth Girls At?,” a track from the forthcoming album.

The single was released in September alongside a music video featuring comedian Steve Agee, dancer Scarlett Kapella and singer-actress Lou Lou Safran.

Before returning to the United States, Queens of the Stone Age have an extensive international schedule ahead. Their itinerary includes performances in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand, followed by appearances in Mexico and South America during the first part of 2027.

The newly announced American concerts will bring the band back to some of the country’s major indoor arenas, with the Red Rocks stop offering an outdoor setting along the way.
