Iron Maiden, Korn and Bad Omens Headline Boardwalk Rock 2027

Ocean City, Maryland, is getting ready to turn up the volume as Boardwalk Rock returns May 14 through 16, 2027, with a powerful lineup led by Iron Maiden, Korn and Bad Omens. The three-day festival will bring some of rock and metal’s biggest names to the Atlantic coast for a weekend of live performances spanning multiple generations and musical styles.

Produced by C3 Presents, the festival will also feature Alice in Chains, Judas Priest, Breaking Benjamin, Good Charlotte, Marilyn Manson, The Prodigy and Cypress Hill. The diverse roster combines legendary performers with contemporary favorites, creating a musical experience that stretches from classic heavy metal to modern alternative rock.

Iron Maiden’s appearance is among the weekend’s major attractions. The British metal icons will bring their elaborate live production to Ocean City as part of their 2027 North American tour. Their participation, alongside fellow metal pioneers Judas Priest, gives the festival a strong connection to the genre’s influential early generations.

Korn will represent the nu metal movement that transformed heavy music during the 1990s. With their distinctive guitar sound and intense performances, the California group remains one of the most recognizable names in modern rock.

Bad Omens will bring a more contemporary approach to the festival, combining metal influences with electronic textures and melodic arrangements. Their inclusion alongside established acts reflects the continuing evolution of heavy music and its ability to attract younger audiences.

The supporting lineup adds even more variety. Alice in Chains and Breaking Benjamin will deliver their signature alternative rock sounds, while Good Charlotte will contribute pop-punk favorites. Marilyn Manson, The Prodigy and Cypress Hill will expand the musical range with industrial rock, electronic music and hip-hop influences.

Beyond the performances, Boardwalk Rock offers a distinctive coastal setting. The festival takes place at the Ocean City Inlet, placing concertgoers within walking distance of the city’s popular boardwalk, restaurants, shops and entertainment attractions.

Jolly Roger at the Pier, an amusement park located within the festival grounds, adds another dimension to the experience, giving visitors opportunities to enjoy rides and beachfront activities between performances.

Boardwalk Rock first launched in 2025 with a lineup featuring Def Leppard, Mötley Crüe, Nickelback and Shinedown. Following a year away in 2026, the festival is returning with an expanded three-day schedule and a lineup that reaches across several decades of rock history.

Ticket options include single-day and three-day admission, along with upgraded packages offering additional amenities. Premium experiences include access to private lounges, dedicated bars, concierge services and other conveniences.

The festival presale begins Thursday, October 22, at 10 a.m. Eastern, with the lowest-priced general admission tickets offered during the first hour. Public ticket sales are scheduled to begin at 11 a.m., depending on remaining availability.

With three major headliners and a supporting roster packed with familiar names, Boardwalk Rock 2027 is positioned to become a significant destination for rock fans next spring. The combination of heavyweight performances and an oceanfront setting promises a weekend where beach vacations and heavy guitars share the spotlight.
