Luke Bryan has added another milestone to a career already packed with country radio hits.
His single “Country and She Knows It” has climbed into the top 10 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart, rising from No. 11 to No. 10. The move gives Bryan his 38th career top 10 on the ranking and puts him ahead of country icon Reba McEntire, who has earned 37.
With the latest achievement, Bryan now holds ninth place outright among artists with the most top 10 hits in the history of the Country Airplay chart.
There is still plenty of company ahead of him. Kenny Chesney holds the record with 62 top 10 hits, while George Strait and Tim McGraw have each accumulated 61. Alan Jackson, Keith Urban, Jason Aldean, Brooks & Dunn and Blake Shelton also remain ahead of Bryan on the all-time list.
Still, “Country and She Knows It” is doing more than adding another country radio success to Bryan’s résumé.
The track has reached new highs across multiple Billboard rankings. It moves to No. 25 on the Radio Songs chart, which measures airplay across musical genres in the United States, while advancing to No. 29 on the Hot Country Songs chart.
The song has also delivered another career milestone for Bryan by debuting at No. 81 on the Billboard Hot 100. It marks his 40th career appearance on the influential all-genre chart.
Released in March, “Country and She Knows It” has steadily built momentum at radio while serving as a preview of Bryan’s ninth studio album, Signs.
The album is scheduled to arrive September 18, giving Bryan another opportunity to build on a chart run that has already placed him among country radio’s most consistent hitmakers.
