The Rolling Stones gave fans an unexpected preview of their new music with an intimate performance in London ahead of the release of their latest album.
Mick Jagger and Ronnie Wood surprised invited guests by performing “Ringing Hollow” in a stripped-back acoustic setting alongside longtime keyboardist Matt Clifford. The special appearance offered an early taste of the band’s 25th studio album, *Foreign Tongues*, which arrives the following day.
The performance, later shared on the band’s social media channels, captured the relaxed atmosphere of the event and highlighted the song’s country-inspired sound. While Keith Richards was not part of the acoustic set, the appearance formed part of the celebrations surrounding the album’s launch in London.
“Ringing Hollow” reflects the group’s continuing willingness to explore different musical styles while remaining rooted in the sound that has defined The Rolling Stones for more than six decades. The song has also attracted attention for its themes centered on America and its evolving identity.
As the band prepares to release *Foreign Tongues*, the surprise performance offered fans a rare and personal glimpse of new material before it officially reaches listeners around the world.
