Smart TVs aren’t just for streaming movies anymore. Joining a list that includes Samsung Smart TVs and LG options, Xbox Cloud Gaming will now be available on Amazon’s Fire TV lineup.

As 9to5Google reports, Xbox is still at it after several years competing with the likes of Nvidia GeForce Now and other game streaming contenders. It offers a slightly different product packaged into a compelling offering that nets users access to Xbox titles on PC and the console it gets its name from.

The company announced that it’s making further expansion efforts with a move to bring Xbox Game Pass games to select Amazon smart TVs. The TVs noted don’t require a streaming stick or add-on, as they have the shopping giant’s OS built in.

Xbox notes that two models will get access first – Fire TV 4 series and Fire TV Omni QLED models. Additionally, Xbox Cloud Gaming is compatible with Fire OS through the company’s streaming hardware. This move does mean more TVs will be ready to stream games right from the start, rather than being dependent on third-party hardware.

Owners can access hundreds of Xbox Game Pass titles directly—just grab your compatible controller to get started. The only hardware you may need is a Bluetooth controller, like Xbox’s own options, or Dualsense and Dualshock controllers from Sony. The latter works fine, according to Amazon.
