Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Pull $60M Mansion from Market Amid Tough Selling Climate

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are pressing pause on their efforts to offload their Beverly Hills estate after nearly a year of fruitless showings and price cuts.

The ex-couple, who finalized their divorce earlier this year, initially listed the 38,000-square-foot property for $68 million in July 2024. After 10 months and no serious buyers, they slashed the price by $8.5 million to $59.5 million. But even the discount failed to generate enough interest in the sluggish luxury market.

“It’s a tough seller’s market, especially at that price point,” a real estate insider shared. “Taking it off the market until conditions improve was the smartest call.”

Lopez and Affleck, who purchased the sprawling estate for just over $60 million in 2023, had hoped to quietly sell the home off-market to avoid publicity. The mansion boasts 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a guest penthouse, sports courts, and a 12-car garage.

Since their split, both stars have settled into new homes — Lopez in an $18 million Los Angeles property, and Affleck in a $20 million Brentwood residence, described as “sophisticated” and “family-friendly.”
