Taylor Swift brought a little extra star power to this year’s Tight End University in Nashville — and this time, it wasn’t just in the stands.
The global pop icon made a surprise appearance at Brooklyn Bowl during the annual gathering of the NFL’s best tight ends, joining country star Kane Brown for a special performance of her hit “Shake It Off.” The crowd, filled with football’s top playmakers, cheered as Swift dedicated the song to “our favorite players who are going to play — these are the tight ends.”
This marks Swift’s first live performance since wrapping the final leg of her blockbuster Eras Tour six months ago. Her appearance at TEU signals how seamlessly she has embraced her “tight end era,” standing proudly beside boyfriend and Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce.
The couple also made their unofficial red carpet debut at the event’s opening night, walking hand-in-hand and posing for photos alongside TEU co-founders George Kittle, Greg Olsen, and their families.
With Swift blending music and football once again, Tight End University just might be the hottest summer ticket off the gridiron.
