The Killers Light Up Las Vegas with New Song Ahead of 20th Anniversary Residency

The Killers are gearing up for a big celebration as they kick off a 10-show residency in their hometown of Las Vegas on August 14, marking the 20th anniversary of their iconic debut album, Hot Fuss. But the excitement doesn’t stop there. The band, fronted by Brandon Flowers, has just dropped a new track titled “Bright Lights,” with a music video set to release later today (August 9). Directed by Micah Bickham, the video offers a sneak peek at the dazzling stage setup for their residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

“Bright Lights” sees Flowers reuniting with fellow original band members Dave Keuning (guitar), Mark Stoermer (bass), and Ronnie Vannucci Jr. (drums). This marks a rare occasion, as the full original lineup has not consistently toured or recorded together in recent years.

Late last year, The Killers released several tracks as part of their greatest hits collection, Rebel Diamonds. Their last studio album, Pressure Machine (2021), became their seventh consecutive top 10 hit on The Billboard 200.

After performing at Outside Lands in San Francisco tonight, The Killers will dive into their Vegas residency, running through September 1. They’ll then continue with additional shows across North America and Mexico from September 7 in Camden, N.J., to October 12 in Queretaro, Mexico.
