Blake Shelton is heading to Las Vegas for a special mini-residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in 2025. On Thursday, LiveNation announced that the country music star will perform six shows from February 5 to February 15.
“We’ve been discussing a Vegas residency for years, and everything finally came together for next year,” Shelton, 47, shared in a statement. “The Colosseum is such an iconic venue, and I’m thrilled to bring some honky-tonk neon to the Palace.”
Shelton excitedly revealed the news on Instagram with a residency poster, captioning it, “I’ve been so excited to share this news with y’all… VEGAS!!!!!”
Shelton is no stranger to Las Vegas, having opened his sixth and largest Ole Red location there in April. He kicked off the grand opening with a private concert, joined by his wife Gwen Stefani. “I know Las Vegas has been a big destination for cowboys, but now it’s a destination for absolute hillbillies,” Shelton joked onstage.
During the concert, Shelton performed his biggest hits and sang the duet “Nobody But You” with Stefani.
The idea of a Las Vegas residency has been on Shelton’s radar for a while. He previously told ET, “It’s definitely in the cards for me… I would say, yeah, I’m gonna do something like that.” Shelton waited for Ole Red to open before committing to the residency, saying, “While I’m there doing the residency, I may end up over at Ole Red jumping on that stage one night!”
Shelton’s recent single with Post Malone, “Somebody Pour Me A Drink,” has generated excitement. They teased the song on Instagram and performed it together at CMA Fest and Spotify House.
Tickets for Blake Shelton: Live in Las Vegas go on sale to the public on August 16 at 10 a.m. PT, with a presale for fans starting August 9 at 10 a.m. PT.
