Sound on Sound has released their 2023 lineup on Tuesday, March 7th, stating that headliners will be the Red Hot Chili Peppers, John Mayer, and Alanis Morissette. The festival is based in Bridgeport, Connecticut and will occur on September 30th to October first in Seaside Park. Their social media page promises, “a brand new festival experience, one massive stage + no overlapping sets!” for prospective attendees.
Other performs will include the Trey Anastasio Band, Hozier, Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, Dispatch, Lord Huron, Mt. Joy, Ben Harper & the Innocent Criminals, Steel Pulse, Joy Oladokun, Margo Price and more.
Tickets for the festival will be on sale starting March 9th, at noon ET. This year’s event is hoping to reset the events of last year. Which included long lines, sold out food vendors, and other mishaps.
Prior to the fest, the Red Hot Chili Peppers will start their 2023 world tour, while Mayer’s acoustic tour starts on March 11th at the Prudential Center in Newark.
