Mary J. Blige’s most recent album, Good Morning Gorgeous will soon be available on vinyl as a double LP on December 9th. It is already available for pre-order from Amazon, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Music Direct, Nail City Record and Target. Some retailers such as Target are offering exclusive colored versions of the 2LP pressed on red Vinyl.
Mary J. Blige’s own website gives an option for pre-ordering the album’s expanded version on crystal clear vinyl. Good Morning Gorgeous was originally released on February 11th, through Mary Jane Productions Inc./300 Entertainment. The album came only two days before Blige’s performance at the Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show, that she won an Emmy for. The album also entered the Billboard 200 at number 14 in the February 26th issue. Also starting off on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart.
The title track for the album was produced and co-written along with Blige by D’Mile, H.E.R, Tiara Thomas, and Lucky Daye hit number one on R&B radio and Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay Chart. Back in May Blige released Good Morning Gorgeous (Deluxe) with six additional songs.
Recently, Blige ended her Good Morning Gorgeous Tour along with special guests Ella Mai and Queen Naija. Blige is also currently tied with Beyoncé for the most-nominated artist at the 2022 Soul Train Awards.
