According to billboard.com, BLACKPINK’s second album, Born Pink, has officially arrived on streaming platforms on Friday, September 16th. On top of the album, fans also got a treat at midnight a vibrant neon colored visual accompanying “Shut Down,” the lead single from Born Pink.
The album as a whole was a huge step forward for BLACKPINK. The group consists of Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa and Rose, peaked at Number two with the album on the Billboard 200, where it stayed for a total of 26 weeks. Next for the K-pop group is the Born Pink World Tour. The tour starts in October and has the group making stops in South Korea, North America, Europe and Australia.
