Bad Bunny Set To Perform At MTV VMAs

According to billboard.com, Bad Bunny will be performing for the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards live from his tour at Yankee Stadium on Sunday, August 28th. The tour stop is a par tof his “Bad Bunny: World’s Hottest Tour. The 2022 VMAs are scheduled to air from Prudential Center i n Neward, N.J. at 8P.M. ET/PT. This marks the second VMAs appearance for the artist, with his first being three years prior for a joint performance with J Balvin of “Que Pretendes.” Bad Bunny is also nominated for four VMAs this year that include artist of the year and album of the year. If he were to win, he would be the first non-English language artist to win either of the categories. His other nominations for the VMA’s include best latin and song of the summer. He has also had his song, Un Verano Sin Ti, atop of the Billboard 200 for eight non-consecutive weeks. Bad Bunny also received 23 nominations for the 2022 Billboard Latin Music Awards just last week, tying with Ozuna for the most in the shows history.
