According to ultimateclassicrock.com, Elton John is set to release an all new version of his hit song Tiny Dancer along with Pop star Britney Spears. According to Page Six, the pair recently came together in studio for a secret recording session with producer Andrew Watt. An unnamed source is quoted in saying, “This was Elton’s idea, and Britney is a huge fan,” “They have recorded a remix of ‘Tiny Dancer’ as a full duet — and it is incredible. They’ve already played it for people at their record label, and everybody is freaking out. It is so good,” “They are saying this is going to be the song of the summer.” Neither artist has yet commented on the rumors though it has been suggested it will be released sometime next month. If the song does end up happening it will be Spears first new music since 2016. Elton John is currently in the middle of his Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour, with U.S. dates for the tour running through November.
