According to hiphopdx.com, Drake just made a quick $12 million, via selling his YOLO Estate on Friday, June 24th, which is made up of three different adjacent houses in California’s Hidden Hills Neighborhood. TMZ Reported that, the unknown buyer was able to purchase the estate for below the $14.8 million dollar asking price. The state features a wine cellar and tasting room, six fireplaces, a 25 seat theater and a recording studio amongst other things. The main residence has 12,500 square feet of property and a backyard filled with a swimming pool, swim up bar, waterfalls, spa, and an 80 foot long rock waterslide that is surrounded by flat screen tv’s. The property also features a tennis court, basketball and volleyball court, horse stable, and a mechanical bull riding area. A huge price tag, with a ton of amenities, whoever the buyer may be is certainly enjoying him or herself.
