Reba McEntire will be Hosting the Country Music Hall of Fame Inductees Livestream

It has been announced that on Monday, August 16th, Reba McEntire will host a livestream on in which the 2021 Country Music Hall of Fame inductees will be announced. The Country Music Association has livestreamed the Country Music Hall of Fame inductee announcements since 2015. Other livestream hosts have included Brenda Lee, Vince Gill, Garth Brooks & Trisha Yearwood, and WSM’s Bill Cody.

McEntire was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame, which is widely considered the ultimate validation for a country music performer, in 2011.

In 2011, the Country Music Association announced that McEntire would be inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. McEntire was unable to attend the announcement after her father had slipped into a coma following a stroke. McEntire attended the official induction ceremony alongside the other 2011 inductees Jean Shepard and Bobby Braddock. She was inducted by Dolly Parton.
