50 Cent is in the midst of celebrating the 20th anniversary of his debut Get Rich or Die Tryin’ through special edition vinyl that is available now. Get Rich or Die Tryin’ originally released on February 6th, 2003 through Interscope and debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. It managed to sell over 872,000 copies in its first week. Since then it has been certified 9x platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America.
50 Cent took to Instagram to write, “20 years ago today, I dropped the largest debuting hip hop album of all time, Here’s Your chance to Own a piece of History! Get your Autographed ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin’ Albums Today. Available for the next 7 Days.”
The limited edition vinyls are being sold for $399 on 50 Cent’s website are expected to start shipping out to fans in the first week of March.
