Heading into the final stretch, Coco the movie continued to pull in the most box office revenues this past weekend, with a total (as we speak) of over $7 million in receipts, showing in just under 4,000 screens, and a total of $90+ million since it opened.
Justice League pulled in nearly $5.3 million over the weekend, showing in 3,800 theaters, coming close to the $200 million total box office revenues since it opened. Julia Roberts’s Wonder continues to do well with families and total box office take, showing in just under 3,500 theaters with a total run of $82 million and a weekend take of nearly $4 million. Thor: Ragnarok, Daddy’s Home 2, and Murder on the Orient Express rounded out the latest weekend takes.
In movies that opened this weekend, The Disaster Artist, the 20th Anniversary of Titanic (shown in 87 screens) Marshall, and the Shape of Water all had moderate box office numbers, crowded by big productions.
